	The binocular autorefractometer, Vision Screener plusoptiX S04 is especially designed to the use on babies and children. It assists the ophthalmologist, optometrist and pediatrician in screening for amblyopia and refractive errors. Key features are:
	Binocular measurement: Both eyes are measured simultaneously to detect amlyopia. Non-invasive measurement: No eye drops (cycloplegia) are needed to obtain a measurement. Non-contact alignment: The baby is seated relaxed on the laps of one parent and the measurement is taken from one meter away (approx. 3.3 ft.). Measurement in a split second: In less than one second the measurements is obtained (refraction in shere, cylinder and axis, pupil diameter, inter occular distance and gaze direction) and screening results are available. Easy to use: One-button-controlled camera and all procedures are pre-programmed (autoshot). Documentation: Measurements and result can be saved as a video- or printed on a "Screening Certifi- cate" for patients - or printed on a "Self adhesiv label" for record - or exported via LAN into patient data file.
